Capstone Farm, Medway Council

Capstone Park is a site of historic importance and is one of Medway Council’s biggest countryside parks, so the design needed to be in keeping with the sensitivity of the site. With this mind, we replaced the 2 old units with one of our UniPlaymulti-play structures that would perfectly sit on a slope, providing an additional play feature. As well as being packed with various play activities, this UniPlayalso features a DDA ramp, making it fully accessible and inclusive for children of different abilities.

A smaller multi-play unit and seating were also installed to cater for children of all ages and provide a resting point for everyone. The design, colours and materials chosen on all the play equipment flawlessly complements the beautiful leafy surroundings.

The Head of Regeneration at Medway Council commented:

“Capstone Farm Country Park is one of Medway’s seven Green Flag parks. Thousands of people visit the park each year and we are delighted to have installed new play equipment and surfacing graphics for children to enjoy. I would like to thank our contractors for all their hard work.”
